Market Street Hotel

Opening in early 2019, Market Street Hotel is where ‘old meets new’. Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre on the border of the historic Old Town and connecting New Town, the hotel forms part of Edinburgh’s renowned skyline and is the first hotel in Scotland to be selected as a member of Design Hotels TM. Part of the Carlton Hotel Collection, Market Street Hotel encompasses 98 boutique-style rooms and suites, as well as an exclusive top floor ‘Champagne city residence’.

Malmaison Hotel

A Grade-A listed building on Edinburgh’s flourishing St. Andrew Square is set to transform into a 72-room hotel run by the Malmaison Hotel Du Vin group. The hotel will also feature the Chez Mal bar and brasserie, as well as the hotels’ ‘work and play’ meeting and events concept. The design will retain many of the building’s period features alongside the hotel group’s unique and stylish appeal. The hotel is set to open in 2019 and is the second Malmaison hotel to open in Edinburgh, following the very first Malmaison hotel which opened 25 years ago.
