W Hotel Edinburgh

Opening in 2021 in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, this state-of-the-art, iconic hotel is set to reinvigorate the city’s traditional hospitality scene. Designed by award-winning architecture and interior design practice Jestico & Whiles, in conjunction with Allan Murray Architects, the 12-story building will become a centerpiece of the Edinburgh St James Quarter, featuring a unique façade crafted from a winding steel ‘ribbon’.
The hotel will boast 214 stylish bedrooms, 20 suites and one Extreme Wow Suite, including a buzzing rooftop bar and outdoor terrace, complimented with 360-degree panoramic views of Edinburgh’s historic skyline.
An ideal venue for events, W Edinburgh will provide 2,450 square feet of ultra-modern event space to cater for all your business event needs. Other areas will include a signature restaurant, an ultimate workout facility, and spa offering signature health and lifestyle experiences.
Edinburgh St James

Set to be a world renowned, retail-led, mixed-use destination of the future, housing world-class retail, leisure, hotel and residential offers. The development is estimated to inject over £1 billion of investment into the city becoming an inspiring, attractive and vibrant destination for people to live, work and visit.
The ultramodern shopping centre recently signed four brands from the global retail group, Inditex, to form part of the world-class 1.7m sq ft development. Zara will take on a flagship 37,000 sq ft store over three floors at Edinburgh St James, while Bershka, Stradivarius and Pull&Bear will all have stores located within the main multilevel shopping galleria.

The UK's first Virgin Hotel is set to open in 2020 and will take over the 19th-century India Buildings, on Victoria Street in the Old Town. The hotel will be home to multiple bars and restaurants, including one of the brand's flagship Commons Clubs.
The hotel will boast 225-rooms that will include a sleeping area and dressing room separated by sliding doors and will all be fitted with tech-savvy features, including an app that enables guests to live chat with the concierge and other guests.
