Convention Edinburgh’s Accommodation Booking Service

Looking for support to run the accommodation element for your next conference? Convention Edinburgh’s friendly and experienced Accommodation Services Team is here to help. The Team has developed strong working relationships with a range of accommodation providers’ across the city to ensure the best possible rates for delegates.  On appointment of Convention Edinburgh to run the accommodation service, the Team will work with 60 member properties to collate allocations and negotiate rates.  You will be presented with the offers and have the ultimate decision on which hotels you wish to work with.


How does it work?

Simply give the team a call on 0131 473 3666 and we will do the rest!

We will contact all our hotels, negotiate rates and allocations, build a bespoke branded booking link, contract the rooms and assist your delegates with any queries whilst ensuring that we work closely with you to tailor the rates and rooms specific to your delegate needs.


How much does it cost?

If you simply wish the team to collate offers then there is flat fee of £250+vat.

If you wish us to run the full service then it is completely free of charge as we take commission directly from the hotels which helps to offset our costs.
