If necessary, Edinburgh Convention Bureau can put together a proposal to ensure the association meeting be held in Edinburgh – this is carried out by our conference bidding team and the award-winning Edinburgh Ambassador Programme.

A team of professional conference organisers will be on-hand to help plan and organise the corporate event, right down to the very smallest details - from sourcing the perfect Edinburgh venue with best conference facilities, to hiring corporate event caterers and entertainment.

Furthermore, we can book accommodation in Edinburgh for your delegates to stay in while visiting the city.
