We recognise the key role Ambassadors play in securing a conference and that’s why we provide all the support, resources and promotional material you might need to attract conferences and events to Edinburgh. What’s more, our assistance is free of charge.

Once the event is confirmed for Edinburgh, we continue to help at every stage of planning, from site inspection to booking accommodation, advising on a social programme and providing promotional literature.
