Visitor Experience Manager £26,500
Britannia's Visitor Experience team is responsible for ensuring that our visitors have an outstanding experience and recommend visiting Britannia to their family and friends. Working alongside our Senior Visitor Experience Manager, you will share duty manager responsibilities and generally work every other weekend.
Britannia is proud to have achieved the highest quality assurance score ever awarded by our national tourist board Visit Scotland, so the ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least seven years' operational management experience in a very high quality business.
In order to keep improving we are looking for someone who also has a real passion and considerable experience in; leading, training, coaching, customer service and motivating
multi-disciplinary teams to perform at the very best of their ability. It would also be helpful if you have experience in Health and Safety and Green Tourism.

Marketing Manager £25,000 (Maternity Cover 12 months)

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least seven years' marketing experience, preferably gained in a quality service environment. An excellent track record in marketing, including PR, advertising, copywriting and design is essential. You should also be familiar with all aspects of digital marketing, including web content management and social media. The successful candidate will have a positive, flexible approach, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellence.
